Organisational needs:
As Public Servants we have a responsibility to support the Māori Language Act 2013 and Maihi Karauna to contribute to the revitalisation of Te Reo Māori, enhance our effectiveness and provide better public services to Māori customers, clients and stakeholders and Crown-iwi relations.
Outcomes:
Increased use of Te Reo in day to day conversation and emails and at team hui.
